Development issues are extremely complicated and must be addressed in a systematic manner based on scientific planning. As a result, meaningful initiatives by the academic community as part of development actors to cooperate in an interdisciplinary manner to overcome numerous existing difficulties are required. As the development's successor, the academic community must be able to collaborate to solve many present development difficulties. This community service activity aims to avoid juvenile delinquency to produce a quality young generation, gain community leaders' support for various educational activities that can improve the quality of community education and increase community empowerment. The approach employed to attain this goal is a three-sided synergistic partnership, there are: the academic community side played by supervisors and students; the Sukamaju village government apparatus side; and the village community side with its many sorts, religious, economic, and educational. The strategies employed in this method are observation, interviews, brainstorming, socialization, direct work, and collaborative work. This community service activity demonstrates the critical significance of education in the development of better people and communities. The community service team has made a positive contribution to efforts to increase the quality of community education and prevent juvenile criminal behavior through partnership with local educational institutions and social outreach.
