This study aims to improve adolescent reproductive health literacy through the peer educator method in schools. The community service activity involved intensive training for selected students as peer educators, followed by educational campaigns and group discussions at schools. Evaluation using pre-test and post-test revealed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, particularly regarding sexually transmitted infections (STIs), menstrual myths, and reproductive rights. The average score improved from 56.9 to 81.3, with the highest increase in understanding STIs. The peer educator method proved effective by enabling more comfortable and open communication among adolescents. Visual and digital media supported the learning process and enhanced participant engagement. Guidance counselors also supported the sustainable implementation of the program. The nutrition needed for postpartum mothers is very important because apart from helping in the formation of breast milk during the breastfeeding process, it also helps in recovery after giving birth. Many postpartum mothers still eat certain foods that should be really needed by postpartum mothers because they lack nutrition. One way to improve the health of mothers and children is to teach postpartum mothers about nutritional needs during the postpartum period. The aim is to inform TM III pregnant women about what they need to know about the postpartum period, the reasons for breastfeeding, and the nutrition that mothers need during the postpartum period. This research involved counseling for TM III pregnant women in Kandang Mas Village, Bengkulu City. This activity resulted in counseling for 15 TM III pregnant women. To increase the understanding of TM III pregnant women about the definition and goals of care during the postpartum period as a whole, as well as about the nutrition needed by mothers during the postpartum period. This Community Service Activity aims to provide education to officers regarding the factors causing pending BPJS claims for childbirth cases. This activity uses a socialization and interactive discussion method through three stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation and monitoring of evaluation with a target of 9 casemix teams. From the evaluation results, it is known that the knowledge of casemix officers before and after being given socialization increased by 64%, where before being given education, the average pretest was 59 and after being given education the average posttest score became 97. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan menhasilkan informasi yang tepat tentang kasus genitourinari dan obtetric. Diperlukan data-data yang lengkap untuk menentukan suatu kebijakan dan keputusan terkait kasus genitourinari yang bersifat preventive. Data-data &nbsp;yang tepat dihasilkan&nbsp; dari proses coding penyakit dan tindakan yang tepat. Mengingat pentingnya peran <strong>coding di </strong>tingkat primer<strong>, &nbsp;</strong>dan tingginya tuntutan terhadap kualitas data yang dihasilkan, maka diperlukan upaya&nbsp; untuk selalu berusaha meningkatkan kemampuan sekaligus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas kodefikasi. Hal ini membutuhkan kesiapan yang cukup bagi Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan untuk menguasai dan mengimplementasikannya ke Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dalam <em>Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources</em> (FHIR) di <em>Application Programming Interface</em> (API). Pemahaman apa itu SNOMED-CT dan terminologi yang digunakan menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk para petugas. Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan dalam pemetaan terminology klinis menggunakan SNOMED-CT sehingga dapat lebih siap dalam menghadapi implementasinya di dunia kerja. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui metode ceramah yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan simulasi kasus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 23 Mei 2025, di Aula Universitas Awal Bros, Kota Batam, serta dihadiri oleh 23 peserta, yang terdiri dari mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Studi Rekam Medis Dan Informasi Kesehatan Universitas Awal Bros tahun ajaran 20243/2025, serta Perekam Medis RS Awal Bros Batam. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, nilai rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum kegiatan pengabdian adalah 40,87 kemudian setelah dilakukan pelatihan meningkat 140% menjadi 98,26. Indikator keberhasilan berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman target terhadap penyampaian materi kemudian diukur berdasarkan skor <em>pre-test</em> dan <em>post-test</em> serta diukur dari tingkat pelaksanaan kegiatan hingga peserta mampu mempraktikkan. Hasil simulasi kasus didapatkan rata-rata nilai peserta sebesar 91. The primary objective of this community service initiative is to improve teachers’ knowledge and skills &nbsp;applaying information technology, with a particular focus on the development of interactive learning media. The partners involved in this program are teachers at SD Negeri 10 Kepahiang, who face challenges related to limited proficiency in utilizing technology to facilitate effective teaching and learning. The training was implemented through a combination of lectures and demonstrations, supplemented by interactive question-and-answer sessions. The lectures provided comprehensive guidance on the use of the Canva platform as an effective tool for creating digital learning media, while the Question and Answer sessions offered participants the opportunity to discuss and resolve encountered challenges.
