Adolescence is a critical period for developing knowledge and attitudes toward reproductive health. This study aims to improve adolescent reproductive health literacy through the peer educator method in schools. The community service activity involved intensive training for selected students as peer educators, followed by educational campaigns and group discussions at schools. Evaluation using pre-test and post-test revealed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, particularly regarding sexually transmitted infections (STIs), menstrual myths, and reproductive rights. The average score improved from 56.9 to 81.3, with the highest increase in understanding STIs. The peer educator method proved effective by enabling more comfortable and open communication among adolescents. Visual and digital media supported the learning process and enhanced participant engagement. Guidance counselors also supported the sustainable implementation of the program. This activity contributes to establishing a sustainable reproductive health education network and is expected to reduce risky behaviors among adolescents.
