This Article Processing Charge (APC) is effective starting from 02 February, 2026. For payments made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the APC amount will be calculated based on the prevailing USD exchange rate on the date of payment.

The APC is applied solely to cover essential journal operational costs, including editorial management, a rigorous and independent double-blind peer review process, professional copyediting, article layout and production, online hosting, and long-term digital preservation.

The journal follows a strict policy of no submission fees. The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. No fees are requested or collected during submission, peer review, or editorial evaluation.

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated exclusively on the basis of scientific merit, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

This APC policy supports the journal’s Open Access publishing model, ensuring that all accepted articles are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide, without subscription barriers.
