Performance is a target to be achieved, a visible achievement, or a worker's good work ability. This study aims to determine the factors influencing the performance of healthcare workers, given that the number of healthcare workers is still inadequate. Logically, healthcare workers carry out tasks that exceed the threshold in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This may be a factor affecting their performance. This study is based on a literature review, which contains descriptions of theories. This study is also a powerful approach to gain deeper insight into the research topic. The literature review shows that the performance of healthcare workers in Community Health Centers is influenced by a combination of individual and organizational factors, motivation, and training and competency development.
