Stunting remains a significant public health problem in Indonesia, particularly in rural and peri-urban areas such as Bekasi District. Efforts to prevent stunting require the active involvement of Posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers through improved knowledge and skills in nutrition and child growth monitoring. This community service activity aimed to empower Posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers in preventing stunting through nutrition education and practical training. The activity was conducted at Posyandu Mangunjaya Village, Bekasi District, from July to August 2025, involving 15 cadres and 30 mothers. The methods included training, education, simulation, mentoring, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results showed a significant increase in cadres’ knowledge from an average of 60.5 to 87.2 and mothers’ knowledge from 55.3 to 81.6. Cadres’ skills in anthropometric measurement improved from 40% to 90%, and mothers’ feeding practices with animal protein increased from 30% to 75%. Community participation in Posyandu activities also increased from 20–25 to 40–45 mothers per session. In conclusion, empowering Posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers through education and mentoring effectively enhances community capacity in stunting prevention at the grassroots level.
