Abstract

Blood donation as a social activity is a form of concern for fellow humans. Apart from helping fellow humans who need blood transfusions, donating blood also makes the donor's body healthier because the blood cells in the body are replaced more quickly with new ones. The blood donation activity held is a routine agenda organized by the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program of the Harapan Bangsa Health Analyst Academy in collaboration with the Bengkulu City Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Blood Donor Unit as a form of concern for others and implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and with the aim that PMI The city of Bengkulu can continue to maintain sufficient blood supplies to help residents in health emergencies.
