Conflict of Interest

All authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationship that may influence their judgment. Authors state competing interests in a Declaration of Interest section; where none exists, the statement "The authors declare no conflict of interest" is included.

Editors and reviewers must decline to handle manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest. Manuscripts submitted by members of the editorial team are handled by another editor and undergo the same double-blind review, with the submitting editor excluded from all decisions.
